The Civil Aviation Regulations document sold by Asia Pacific Helicopter Pilot Academy consists of 3 (Three) parts:

• The Civil Aviation Act, CAA which provides the primary legislative base for air safety control in Australia and contains some important regulatory provisions.
• The Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 CAAR
• The Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998, CASR which contain the mandatory requirements concerning airworthiness, operational, licensing, enforcement powers and air traffic control.
